MJS HAS THE RIGHT TO REMOVE ANY PROFILE FOR ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON!
1. All pictures, media, videos, etc. become property of MYJUGGALOSPACE.COM after you upload them. Which means, we have the right to refuse any media, or use any media, as we see fit on the site.
2. You are responsible for all actions on your account. If you let your roommate, your brother, your dog, or the pope, use your account...and they do something stupid and get your account banned, it is your responsibility and we can not be held responsible. DO NOT GIVE YOUR PASSWORD TO ANYONE. Even the mjs staff doesnt need it.
3. NO NUDE PICTURES. We simple dont allow them. You can be sexy, and upload "revealing pictures", but it has to remain PG-13. If your uploading a sexy picture, and you question yourself and think it may be against our TOS, then it probably is. If people keep uploading nude pictures, we will have to "approve" them before they go on your site, which means it will take forever for them to appear because we dont have all day to go through every picture that is uploaded to our server.
3.a. Underage "adult" pictures - We dont allow any underage reveling pictures of any kind. If you are under 18 years old, you may not have reveiling pictures of any kind on your profile. No underwear. No Cleavage. Nothing that isnt PG-13.
Accounts with underage "adult" pictures will automatically be issued 2 infractions.
4. DO NOT POST YOUR PHONE NUMBER ON MJS!
5. By viewing this site, you agree to NOT SUE MYJUGGALOSPACE.COM OR ANY OF THE STAFF, FOR ANY REASON.
6. We also reserve the right to modify these rules, or add more rules, as we see fit, and it is your responsibilty to check back here every so often to make sure you are not in violation of any of these rules.
All MOS TOS violations are taken very seriously by our moderators. These rules are in place to not only protect MJS, but to protect you as well.
In the case of a violation, a moderator will contact you and let you know your profile is in violation for whatever reason. Depending on the infraction, you may be issued 1, 2, or 3 infraction points with 1 single message! With 3 or more infraction points, your account will be deleted without any further warning.
