I would say any Adobe Flash program will do.  If U can get it off of Bit Torrent or just go out and buy it.  Try and look 4 a Flash users book, I got one through skool.  I'm sure U can find one for mad cheap on Ebay or sumthin. I would go 4 a more current version of Flash or just under.

I was never dat good in flash, it gave me headaches all da time.  As an animator, they say Flash is becoming extinct.  But I still see it used.  

For books try Ebay and Half.com  As far as da program goes I don't have it personally.  But I know ppl dat do.  I don't know if I'll ever get into it.  Try Bit Torrent or ISO Hunter!  Good luck, Homie.
