Badluck, born under the darkest shadow imaginable is both blessed and cursed. A constant black rain cloud hovers over his head every step that he takes, though when he picks up the mic a divine intervention occurs. Blessed with the gift of rhyme and cursed with the burden of Badluck, He has had one passion in life, Music. Whether it is writing, recording, or producing his passion urges him to move forward every day, he is a man on fire, and shows no signs of being extinguished. From the early age of two Badluck has been making music, his journey has been one littered with many obstacles, from the demise of everything he has held close, to the endless blights of bad business, wolves in sheeps clothing, poverty, hunger, and depression. He has remained patient and dedicated and in 1997 he found his calling. "My life is nothing to look back on and smile, I would not wish my life on anyone. It is my burden to bury, one way or another I will succeed, I will not be detoured from my path. My destiny is music and I'll be Goddamned if anyone will take me from it."
Fed-up, born Robert Majewski came into this world in 1979, living a normal happy childhood Rob was in every sense your typical happy fun loving child...until one day something snapped. Rob completely lost it. His mind had been lost and his paranoia had taken control over his every thought, emotion, and action. Feeling backed in to a corner Rob divulged little if any of himself to a single soul. Madness plagued his mind. He seemed like a man possessed, driven by darkness and motivated by music. A centinal of destruction, Rob was tired and he was Fed - up, of the government, of the music industry, of the aristocrats, and of people. "Im sick of this f**king system, man im tired of being imprisoned." In 1997 Rob met Badluck, and Medula began.
Medula was originally formed from the remnants of a Metal rock group by the name of S.C.R.I.P.T.U.R.E, Badluck was looking for something new after tiring from the run of the mill. He was tired of category's, he wanted something original. His life was a story he needed to tell, his faults, his errors, his anger, his passion. His style was in every way complimented by the Intense and emotion filled lyrics delivered from his counterpart, Fed- up.
The group began long stays in there recording studio formed in the back of Badlucks trailer. The end result was the debut album, 2004's Brainwashed. With an 8 year long period of warnings, radio interviews and gathering people to help bring this uprising to an apex, Medula established a cult following, establishing fan bases throughout the world. In the first 4 months of its release, with no distribution at all BRAINWASHED sold 5,000 copies in Delaware alone. The group then began a string of nationwide shows in support of there release, playing in Ohio, Maryland, Philadelphia, Delaware, Michigan, New Jersey, New York and up and down the rest of the east coast, Medula soon began being acclaimed for the experience of the ever energetic live shows and the success of Medula has been rising ever since. Including touring alongside Psychopathic Records, Blaze Ya Dead Homie in 2006 on the TOMBSTONE TERROR TOUR in support of friend Lo Key from 7th Seal Entertainment.
Later in 2007 It was announced that Badluck had officially joined 7th Seal Entertainment, and is currently putting the finishing touches on his debut solo LP, The End of Days.
On October 6th of 2004, Rob "Fed-up" Majewski passed away suddenly and unexpectedly, leaving behind a myriad of mourning friends, fans, and family, Robs death has inspired many and has effected the lives of countless individuals.
